Two of the things were the basics- get fit and be as healthy as possible. 

I don’t want to call it a diet so let’s go with ‘‘meal plan’’. I decided to start it when I saw how much kilograms my mom has lost for that short amount of time. She has been doing it since maybe September and till December she has lost around 23kg. And so far she’s been my motivation. You can do it after 1 month on the diet and from 2 to 3 times a week. It shouldn’t be done for more than 16/18/20/24/36 hours.

  • Cheese: only a ripe sheep or goat, blue cheese, yellow cheese (goat, sheep, cow), Brie, Parmesan, Mozzarella, etc.
  • Milk: sour cream (animal and wholemeal), melted cheese, mascarpone, mozzarella, Parmigiano,
  • Eggs
  • Olives: natural, green, black
  • Avocado
  • Vegetables: (recommended: GREEN VEGETABLES THAT ARE GROWING ABOVE THE GROUND): cabbage, cucumbers, lettuce, broccoli, tomatoes, zucchini, pepper, eggplant, green beans, cauliflower, peas - unhealthy only for diabetics!
  • Seeds: Flaxseed, Poppy and Sesame Seeds - Drinks: water (from 2l to 3l a day), pure coffee (only if you want with butter or coconut butter), pure herbal tea (with NO sugar, honey or something like that)
  • OIL: Olive, linseed, coconut, sesame, pumpkin oil, avocado oil, cocoa
  • Tahan - hazelnut, sesame, almond, up to 2 soups. spoons and not every day.
  • Nuts - raw, up to 30 grams and not every day.
  • Fruits: ONLY raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries
  • Chocolate: ONLY dark-browed chocolate with 85% cocoa or more
