As more human beings are looking to live wholesome while not being able to depart their houses, youtube's yoga megastar turns into greater popular than ever.
That workout combo is really possible thanks to Box + Flow, a boxing and yoga gym located in New York City.

3 minute HIIT warm-up
Repeat this sequence three times.
- 10 jumping cats
- 10 high knees
- 10 squat jumps
- 10 burpees
- 10 crunches
Repeat this entire sequence twice.
Start in a boxing position: left foot facing forward at 12 o'clock, right leg back at 3 o'clock, and both hands in front of your face.
Jabs
Keeping the elbows in, the left-hand strikes directly from the chin, twisting the wrist as if serving a cup of coffee. Rotate your hips out and in, keeping your tummy toward your spine.
Repeat 10 times.
Crosses
The right-hand strikes from the chin. Rotate your right rear foot to engage your core. Power shot.
Repeat 10 times.
Uppercuts
The blows come from the waist, alternating the right and left hands. Bend your knees slightly, keep your belly in, use your hips, and dig up from the waist to below the chin.
Imagine pulling a big rope to your core.
Repeat 10 times, either fast as a shimmy with your shoulders loose, or slow and powerful, slowly digging up and using your hips. Hands
